Chicken Stuffed Avocado

Only one of the most delicious dishes in all of SoCo. "Kermit" said it best, "I think THAT is bloggable!"

Although I was causally late as a result of trying to tie up loose ends before I leave for my two week vacation, I still managed to get to Doc's in time to still get my order in before any food was served. After our delicious meal we went for the casual stroll up and down South Congress, going in and out of shops and merchant tents (...gypsies?) Made it home sometime after 10 P.M. since I didn't plan on spending money. So here I am blogging, instead of cleaning my room. Yup!
